<You can decide to directly load or drag/drop the reservation documents you obtained from your suppliers: airlines, train companies, reservation agencies, hotel or rental reservation sites, etc.
Accepted formats are PDF, Text, MS Word or image format JPG, PNG. To retrieve the content of your Outlook (msg) or Gmail (eml) e-mails, please first save them in Text format.
If you do not wish to submit a document, it is also possible to enter the information directly in the fields provided for this purpose.
Thanks to an intelligent assistant, useful information is extracted from your documents in just a few seconds.
You can then modify or complete the extracted information before saving it.
The destination cities and countries of your trip are also extracted and will be able to enrich the description of your trip.
After saving, the days concerned by your reservations are automatically updated with the extracted information.
If your hosting covers a period of several days, all the days concerned are updated without you having to do anything.

All transportation or accommodation may be changed or canceled at any time.
Just click on the “pencil” and “x” icons.
All general travel information is updated accordingly.
All documents can also be deleted.
Additional documents to the reservation documents can be added every day, such as a copy of your passport to take the plane, or access plans to your accommodation.
To do this, simply click on the “+” icon in the document access lines of each Transport or Accommodation section.
